Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to gather document and analyze functional requirements related to PeopleSoft or Oracle Fusion modules.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications user stories and process documentation.
- Support system enhancements new module implementations and upgrades in PeopleSoft or Oracle Fusion environments.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions to streamline workflows and improve system performance.
- Work with technical teams to ensure proper configuration testing and deployment of system changes.
- Perform functional testing UAT support issue resolution and post-deployment validation.
- Develop process maps standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for end users.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT/ERP teams to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science or related field.
- Experience as a Business Analyst working with PeopleSoft or Oracle Fusion (ERP/HCM/Financials/Supply Chain).
- Experience in writing requirements functional specifications user stories test cases and training documentation.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and process-mapping abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
