Develop maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Establish and manage the Work Breakdown structure and activity coding to support reporting needs.
Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks constraints and opportunities.
Coordinate with project managers engineers construction teams and subcontractors to gather schedule inputs.
Prepare schedule reports dashboards and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Track progress analyze variances and forecast schedule outcomes.
Support monthly reporting including schedule narratives and executive summaries.
Evaluate schedule impacts related to design changes procurement delays and field conditions.
Maintain schedule baselines and manage schedule change control processes.
Facilitate schedule review meetings with the project team and client representatives.
Ensure compliance with project requirements contracts and scheduling standards.
Support delay analysis and provide documentation for claims or time-extension requests.
Education
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture Project Management or a related field (preferred).
Equivalent experience may be considered instead of a degree.
Experience
5 years of experience in project scheduling or project controls.
Direct experience supporting construction or engineering projects.
Experience developing and managing schedules for design procurement construction and commissioning phases.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required for most roles).
Experience with MS Project.
Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
Ability to develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and activity coding.
Experience with schedule baselines updates and change management.
Ability to perform schedule delay analysis and what-if scenarios.
Strong Excel skills; ability to work with formulas pivot tables and large datasets.
Familiarity with project management and PMIS software (Procore E-Builder PMWeb Kahua etc.) preferred.
Understanding of progress measurement earned value and schedule reporting.
Construction & Technical Knowledge
