Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate glazier crews on-site ensuring quality installations and productivity.
  
• Install commercial glass systems including storefronts curtain walls and shower doors.
  
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure material integrity.
  
• Communicate daily with foremen and glazier crews.
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  
• Utilize ABS software for job site communication and accurate timekeeping.
  
• Manage completion of punch-list items to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Return unused materials to the warehouse in new condition.
  
• Participate in job site safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Train and mentor crew members in installation techniques and safety practices.
  

Requirements

Requirements

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of commercial glazing experience including storefront and curtain wall systems.
  
• Minimum 2 years in a lead or field management role.
  
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
  
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
