Key Responsibilities
1. Cost Efficiency Oversight:
Must maintain all cost efficiency initiatives related to utilities including setting targets for electricity unit consumption and monitoring performance.
Manage strategies for fuel and generator efficiency ensuring optimal usage and cost control.
Supervise petty cash handling and reconciliation processes ensuring compliance and accuracy.
2. System & Technology Management:
Manage procurement and inventory management processes ensuring efficient supply chain and resource availability.
Oversee the internal ticket system implementing improvements for faster resolution and better user experience.
Evaluate and recommend new workplace technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Events & Travel Program Management:
Maintain all aspects of company event planning and execution ensuring successful delivery.
Manage the employee travel program including policy adherence vendor relationships and cost optimization.
Plan book and manage travel arrangements for employees including flights accommodations and transportation.
Develop and enforce travel policies to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
4. Operational Leadership:
Supervise all operational aspects of workplace management and enhancement ensuring high standards.
Lead operational readiness planning for various scenarios ensuring business continuity.
Manage and lead the conduct of firefighting drills and other safety programs ensuring compliance and employee safety.
5. Team Development & Feedback:
Manage feedback loops for the admin team identifying areas for improvement and addressing concerns.
Identify and arrange necessary training and development programs for the workplace team.
Ensure the workplace team consistently embodies and promotes the organizations core values.
Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience
Bachelors or masters degree in facilities management business administration or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in managing workplace operations or facilities with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role showing increasing responsibility in leading teams and managing operations.
