Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- 01 years of experience in customer support preferably in eCommerce or retail.
- Excellent command of English and Hindi.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms order management and CRM tools is a plus.
- Team-oriented proactive and detail-focused.
