ZM Technologies is looking for a Sr. Technical support engineer with hands-on experience in managing
network and server infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues ensuring
system availability and supporting ongoing improvements in IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
Spearhead proactive monitoring and optimization of network infrastructure to ensure
seamless availability resilience and peak operational efficiency
Diagnose and resolve advanced networking anomalies across LAN WAN and WLAN
while architecting and managing enterprise-grade routers switches firewalls and load
Govern high-availability server ecosystemsboth physical and virtual (VMware Hyper-
V)ensuring robustness scalability and fault tolerance
Enforce enterprise security frameworks through rigorous policy implementation threat
mitigation and vulnerability management
Orchestrate system upgrades security patching and maintenance cycles with zero-
Architect and maintain comprehensive backup recovery and disaster resilience strategies
in alignment with business continuity mandates
Serve as a senior escalation point collaborating cross-functionally to resolve critical
incidents and optimize IT service delivery
Curate and maintain meticulous documentation of infrastructure topologies standards
and change logs for audit and continuity
Mentor junior engineers and L1 teams fostering a culture of technical excellence and
Analyze systemic performance data to identify trends drive efficiencies and inform
strategic infrastructure enhancements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
4-5years of experience in network/server support in an L2 role
We are present at domestic as well as international level
Strong understanding of TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN VLANs
Experience with network devices (Cisco Juniper) and server platforms (Windows Server
Knowledge of virtualization (VMware Hyper-V)
Familiarity with security tools (firewalls IDS/IPS)
Experience with monitoring tools like Wireshark SolarWinds
Preferred certifications:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
Attention to detail and strong organizational habits
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
