Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Java professional with strong expertise in Spring Boot Microservices Kafka and Azure DevOps to design and build scalable enterprise-grade applications within the Financial Services domain.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design develop and lead the implementation of high-performance Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
Architect and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing.
Drive CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation using Azure DevOps.
Ensure application scalability performance security and reliability in enterprise environments.
Collaborate with product owners architects and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews enforce coding standards and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide long-term fixes.
Ensure compliance with best practices and standards specific to Financial Services applications.
Participate actively in design discussions architecture reviews and technical decision-making.

Mandatory Skills:

Java with strong hands-on experience in:
- Spring Boot
- Microservices Architecture
Apache Kafka
Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines build & release automation)

Desired / Secondary Skills:

Exposure to T24 (Temenos) banking platform
Monitoring and observability using Datadog
Experience with Snowflake
Cloud exposure: AWS
Development tools: IntelliJ IDEA
Performance testing using JMeter
Database skills: SQL / PL-SQL
