Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our state-level operations in either Punjab or Rajasthan. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance expanding our distributor network and strengthening brand presence across key markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team executing strategic market initiatives and achieving aggressive business targets. With a deep understanding of the mobile handset landscape and proven experience in state-level sales leadership you will play a critical role in shaping market growth and ensuring operational excellence across the region.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive end-to-end state-level sales operations for Punjab or Rajasthan.
- Manage the full distributor network strategic partners and channel expansion initiatives.
- Lead mentor and develop a state-wide sales team including ASMs TSI Sales Executives and Promoter teams.
- Achieve sales targets market share growth and overall business objectives.
- Plan and execute product launches market activations and business development strategies.
- Monitor and analyse regional market trends competitor activities and consumer behaviour to inform strategy.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with retail partners and distributors.
- Track and report on sales performance forecasting planning and operational metrics.
- Enhance brand visibility and operational productivity across all districts.
- Collaborate closely with Head Office and regional teams on supply chain marketing and strategic planning.

- Proven experience managing sales operations in at least 2 top-tier mobile brands (e.g. Samsung OPPO Vivo Xiaomi Realme OnePlus Tecno Lava iPhone etc.).
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering results in an entire statePunjab or Rajasthan (current or past).
- Strong expertise in team leadership distributor management and channel strategy.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the mobile handset market including consumer behaviour pricing and product lifecycle.
- Preference given to candidates with prior experience in mobile manufacturing companies or major distributors.
Required Skills:
Must have worked with at least 2 top mobile brands (Samsung OPPO Vivo Xiaomi Realme OnePlus Tecno Lava iPhone etc.). Should have handled the entire state of Punjab or Rajasthan (current or past). Strong experience in team handling and distributor management. Excellent communication and deep knowledge of the mobile handset market. Prefer candidates from mobile companies or major distributors.
