Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Manage and run your assigned section with precision and consistency
Prepare high-quality dishes in line with the restaurants standards
Work closely with senior chefs to develop seasonal and innovative menus
Ensure all food hygiene safety and cleanliness regulations are upheld
Train and support junior team members where needed
Contribute positively to a high-performance collaborative kitchen culture
About You
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a fine dining or luxury restaurant setting
Passionate about premium ingredients technique and presentation
Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
Positive professional attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement
A genuine interest in modern gastronomy and culinary innovation
