Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join our team as an Assistant Maintenance Officer on a temporary basis. This role will support the maintenance department by preparing reports pricing documents and technical drawings ensuring smooth workflow and accurate record-keeping.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare pricing proposals.

Prepare illustrated pricing reports with comments.

Prepare evacuation reports.

Prepare detailed building reports.

Create drawings using AutoCAD.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture Facilities Management or a related field (fresh graduate).

Basic knowledge of maintenance and building systems.

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Strong reporting and documentation skills.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Willingness to learn and take initiative.
