Starting in the showroom youll learn everything from product knowledge to customer interaction before progressing to in-home consultations.
Your day will include:
- Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
- Learning to provide expert advice and product recommendations
- Preparing accurate quotes and following up on enquiries
- Maintaining showroom presentation and displays
- Supporting the sales and admin team with day-to-day operations
- Developing confidence to deliver in-home design and sales consultations
Requirements
- Enthusiastic friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Reliable punctual and professional presentation
- Comfortable using computers and modern sales tools
- Current manual drivers licence (essential)
- Experience in retail trade or home improvement (preferred but not required)
