Description

We are seeking a proactive Contract Executive to join the Growth Experience Team.

*Thiscontractualroleisamaternitycoverfor24weeks(22 Dec 2025 to 22 May 2026)

In this role youll be actively involved in day-to-day work on our corporate website customer web portal and mobile app with the objective of driving the best digital journeys across Incomes properties. Youll be embedded in well-established agile squads and work closely with a range of functions within Income including IT Marketing and Operations.

Management and setup of go-to-market digital campaigns
Hands-on work as part of the My Income app & corporate web development teams including:
- User story writing
- UI/UX design
- Testing and validating of builds
Working with the app tech team to resolve user issues and complaints
Working closely with the corporate website product owner and development team in:
- Optimising existing webpage templates for better user experience
- Tech SEO and Core Web Vitals improvements
Assistance with campaigns and initiatives to drive use of our digital platforms
Analysis and reporting of performance metrics across platforms
