Oversee training organization catering
Indoor/outdoor seating and bar lounge
300 total seats
Looking for someone to relocate there
15 - 20 kitchen team

Requirements

5 years kitchen management experience
Italian cuisine cooking experience
Excellent references
High volume upscale restaurant experience
Owner will fly finalist to Lubbock for a final interview and kitchen stage

Benefits

$110000 - $120000 per year based on experience
