Job Description

Summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Technical Manager IT located in Chennai location.

We are looking for a highly experienced hands-on Technical Lead who will play a dual role actively contributing to coding while also mentoring and managing a small technical team.

The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor with deep expertise in .NET Core containerization and application monitoring (ELK Stack). You will lead by example writing quality code setting best practices and guiding the team toward technical excellence.

This position requires strong ownership the ability to make architectural decisions and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with product DevOps and business stakeholders.

Reporting to the Senior Manager and the role involves:

What a typical day looks like

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience).
12 - 15 years of experience in Information Technology or related field.
Backend:
Expert in C# Core Web API LINQ Entity Framework Core
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
Experience with SQL Server and database performance tuning
Frontend:
Hands-on with TypeScript Redux / Context API HTML5 CSS3 Bootstrap / Tailwind
Strong in RESTful API integration and state management
DevOps / Tools:
Proficient in Git (GitHub / GitLab / Azure DevOps)
Experience in Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD pipeline management
Monitoring / Logging:
Hands-on with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana) for centralized logging and performance insights
Additional Advantage:
Experience with Azure / AWS Cloud Services
Familiarity with Unit Testing Frameworks (xUnit / NUnit / Jest)
Knowledge of message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ)
Exposure to security best practices and API gateway configurations
