Our client is a SaaS attention analytics company for video. Top publishers brands and agencies run their signature product to understand and engage their digital audiences. Were early and youll be joining an amazing team. Our founders are serial entrepreneurs with experience spanning across media big data marketing and tech. We have big plans believing if you know what people are paying attention to you can influence them to do anything.
They are looking to hire its first marketing employee. Youll work closely with our founders as we develop our positioning and messaging and identify the best marketing channels for our products.
As Marketing Manager (Growth Hacker) you will own and drive our early marketing efforts. You will become an expert in our products and help us communicate the value of tracking measuring and analyzing attention to the more than 8 million organizations utilizing video. You will experiment to find new marketing channels and design and execute marketing campaigns.
Youll market a product people love and help transform and entire industry from measuring video performance to measuring audience engagement: in our first few months organizations like Ziff Davis Nasdaq and The Holmes Report are using their signature product to track over 10 million attentions events every day. Youll work with an amazing team from places like Ogilvy HP and Cisco.

Responsibilities
- Create product positioning based on deep understanding of customers and competitors
- Execute data-driven campaigns that deliver qualified leads
- Optimize acquisition funnel to convert leads to users and users to customers
- Experiment to identify new marketing channels
- Work with founders to shape marketplace perception and product direction
- Become an expert in the online video and video marketing industries
- Manage new product launches and feature rollouts
- Learn and do simultaneously as part of a startup team
Requirements
- 2-5 years of SaaS product marketing experience
- Demonstrated success in driving growth at a B2B or B2C SaaS company.
- Strong project management skills including managing and executing complex projects
- A data-driven mindset including experience using metrics to validate hypotheses
- A curiosity about the world and willingness to learn
- Self-starter that can deliver results remotely
- Some travel for conferences and customer meetings
- Preferred (not required): understanding of online video analytics and/or marketing technology
