Job Summary
Data Entry Specialist wanted in Bee Cave Texas!
Temp to Hire (4 month probationary period)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Pay: $18-$20hr
Essential duties:
Data entry sense of urgency and accuracy
Excel spreadsheet to track data proficiency
Front desk duties to include answering calls and greeting visitors
Perform clerical duties such as: copying printing filing sorting and creating file materials
Prepare packages for USPS and FedEx to be sent
Professional demeanor and appearance at all times
Review data and communicate inconsistencies in oral and written communications with supervisors
Scanning and indexing documents
Ten-Key 8KpH minimum score with accuracy and speed
Perform other duties as assigned
