Job Summary:
As an Account Opening Approval Hub Associate in Wealth Management Client Operations you will review client onboarding requirements to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance. You will act as a subject matter expert partner with key stakeholders and serve as a control point for account opening this role you will maintain high standards of data integrity adapt to regulatory changes and contribute to a positive client experience. You will have the opportunity to influence processes and drive continuous improvement within the team.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on client account onboarding requirements and documentation
- Partner with business stakeholders and internal teams to review legal documents and ensure compliance
- Review data integrity for client due diligence and coordinate with stakeholders
- Act as a control point for account opening approvals and report issues as needed
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while meeting productivity goals
- Adapt to regulatory changes and support process improvements
- Influence and drive continuous improvement within the team
- Ensure compliance with risk management and control frameworks
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Deliver superior client service and solutions
- Support a positive and collaborative team environment
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or equivalent military experience
- Eight years of progressive experience in financial services operations or compliance with leadership responsibilities
- Three years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong operational acumen with a track record of process improvements and innovation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced analytical organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Deep understanding of risk management and control frameworks
- Client-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Adaptability and resilience in navigating change
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results
