We are hiring for our client a highly successful engineering and technology group with operations across the UK & Ireland. Due to continued growth and increasing project activity an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Group HSEQ Executive to join the business. This is a key role within a progressive employee-focused organisation that places genuine value on collaboration quality and continuous improvement. The successful Group HSEQ Executive will play an integral part in maintaining and developing high standards of Health Safety Quality and Environmental compliance across multiple business units.

The Role:
Support and oversee HSEQ compliance across all areas of the business
Maintain and improve Health & Safety standards in line with legislative and ISO requirements
Manage audit schedules inspections and corrective action plans
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance and promote a positive safety culture
Develop and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
Coordinate toolbox talks refresher training and safety briefings for operational teams
Support internal and external ISO audits (and future 14001 implementation)
Manage company compliance records including equipment calibration inspection logs and training documentation
Ensure continual improvement in quality management processes and systems
Contribute to environmental and sustainability initiatives within the organisation
The Person:
Accredited Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH IOSH or equivalent)
ISO auditing qualification desirable
Previous experience in a Health Safety Quality or Environmental role within engineering construction or manufacturing
Excellent organisational and reporting skills with strong attention to detail
Collaborative approach with the ability to engage confidently with colleagues across all levels
Integrity discretion and a proactive mindset
