Position Description: Supervisor Corporate Accounting
Position Location: Jaipur/Gurugram
Reports To: Manager Corporate Accounting
What Were Looking For
Entrees (Requirements):
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
35 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of compensation and equity accounting principles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas analytics).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
With a side of (Additional Skills):
CPA/CA or equivalent certification (preferred).
Experience with Dynamics 365 Shareworks and ADP.
Ability to collaborate effectively across HR Finance and Payroll teams.
Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to drive insights on labor costs.
Unleash Your Potential: What You Will Be Doing and Owning
Monthly Accounting Entries & Reconciliation:
Own and review monthly journal entries and reconciliations for compensation and equity-related activities including stock-based compensation expense payroll accruals and related entries.
Partner with the HR Finance team to align compensation-related data for financial reporting.
Equity Accounting & Reconciliation:
Assist in preparing and maintaining equity rollforwards and ensuring accuracy in equity-related transactions.
Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of equity accounts (stock options RSUs ESPPs).
Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze payroll and benefits activity to identify trends and variances.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in payroll and equity operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR Finance Payroll) to ensure accuracy of payroll data.
Leverage AI to generate insights into labor costs.
