What Youll Do
- Welcome customers and listen to their concerns with care and professionalism
- Document customer and vehicle information accurately
- Clearly communicate vehicle symptoms and service needs between customers and technicians
- Provide repair and maintenance recommendations based on vehicle history mileage and age
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for parts and labor
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles throughout the day
- Review completed work and explain charges in a way thats clear and customer-friendly
- Build long-term relationships through trust reliability and outstanding service
What Were Looking For
- Strong background in customer service retail hospitality or automotive service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stay positive and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in building a long-term career with opportunities for growth
- Automotive knowledge or previous service advisor experience is a plus but not required training provided for the right candidate
