Global Proposition Owner Execution Only

We are looking for a visionary leader who can own the global investment product portfolio for all execution-only propositions including crypto and drive scalable digital commercial propositions tailored to diverse customer needs and market dynamics.

The team

The Global Proposition Owner Execution Only reports hierarchically to the Global Tribe Lead Investments and is based in Amsterdam. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of INGs global investment strategy. Youll be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking environment helping shape the future of investment services and enabling leadership to deliver on strategic ambitions.

Roles and responsibilities

• Own the global investment product portfolio for all execution-only propositions including crypto and deliver scalable digital propositions aligned with market dynamics.
• Lead customer-centric innovation to create seamless journeys across all channels ensuring alignment across countries and close collaboration with digital product teams.
• Oversee backend systems onboarding and in-life management to support the execution-only global proposition ensuring operational excellence.
• Define build and implement a unified execution-only proposition across markets integrating crypto and stablecoin capabilities where feasible and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of brokerage platforms order routing custody and settlement with familiarity in crypto markets tokenization and digital asset regulations (MiCA FATF guidelines).
• Build a competitive brokerage offering amid fee compression and ensure robust risk management and compliance.
• Hold full P&L responsibility for annual trading revenues brokerage volumes and custody services.
• Proven track record in steering large implementations or commercial achievements especially in multi-country programs with diverse cultural aspects.
• Exhibit strong strategic thinking leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in digitalization backlog management resource planning and ability to simplify complex issues.

How to succeed

About you:

• Deep knowledge of brokerage platforms and digital assets.
• Proven experience in global product ownership and execution-only propositions.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and resource planning.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (MiCA FATF) and risk management.
• Excellent command of English (Dutch is a strong plus).
