Are you ready to turn Victorias beaches pools and arenas into the stage for some of the states most inspiring communitysportevents Life Saving Victoria (LSV) is looking for a passionate and organisedLead Coordinator SportEventsto help deliver world-class competitions that bring athletes clubs and volunteers together.
In this exciting hands-on role youll lead the planning and delivery of majorevents from State Championships and iconic carnivals to development programs and team competitions. Youll be at the heart of the action coordinating logistics supporting volunteer teams managing operations and ensuring everyeventruns safely and smoothly.
No two days are the same one week youll be finalisingeventlogistics and sponsorship plans the next youll be on-site seeing your hard work come to life. Youll work with incredible volunteers passionate clubs and the LSVSportteam to create memorable experiences that celebrate community inclusion and achievement.

What were looking for:
- Strongeventoperations experience (3 years) sportor communityevents ideal
- Confident communicator with great people skills
- Digital know-how and attention to detail
- A team player whos happy to roll up their sleeves oneventday
