You will assist with administrative tasks scheduling and office coordination while serving as the first point of contact for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients visitors and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean organized reception area
- Assist with scheduling appointments and daily office tasks
- Handle mail deliveries and basic administrative support
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional polished demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with office software is a plus
Location: Monsey NY
Type: Full-time (10 AM8 PM) 6 days a week (1 day off)
Salary: $20$22/hour
