Job Summary
Position Title: Windscreen Fitter
Location: Gold Coast other locations across Southeast Queensland
Employment Type: Full-time - 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday
Salary: Starting from $81120 per annum superannuation negotiable based on experience

If you are you a skilled automotive professional that is ready for their next challenge then you are in the right place! RACQ is seeking experienced Windscreen Fitters to join our high-performing team across multiple locations in Southeast Queensland.
About the role
As a Windscreen Fitter at RACQ youll deliver expert mobile windscreen and auto glass replacement services to our members and customers. Youll work across a wide range of vehicle makes and models ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
This is a hands-on autonomous role where your technical expertise and attention to detail will shine. Annual Salary: Starting from $81120 per annum negotiable based on experience superannuation.

About you
- Proven experience in windscreen fitting automotive glazing or a related trade
- Strong understanding of vehicle structures and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship
- A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
- Hold current C Class Drivers Licence
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment drug and alcohol screening and a criminal record check.
