Qualifications
This position will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the financial operations and processes of the entity. This position requires a deep understanding of finance and insurance processes and will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting compliance and operational excellence.
- Manage and oversee all financial operations including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting to ensure alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports (i.e. LDTI BMA returns) and analysis to senior management providing insights and recommendations for informed decision-making.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable reconciliation and coordinating with stakeholders to align financial operations with business objectives.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the financial health of the business.
- Oversees certain financial systems ensuring they are properly implemented and utilized.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline financial operations improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure financial practices adhere to legal regulatory and internal standards and manage risk associated with financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or other related disciplines
- HKICPA (or equivalent) holder
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience;
- Language requirement: English (Required) Cantonese (Desired) Mandarin (Desired);
