Job Summary
As a Transport Team Leader you will ensure our customers receive best-in-class service from your team and manage day-to-day operational activities within the transport department.
Qualifications :
As Transport Team Leader you will
- Have line management responsibility
- Strategically deploy resources to ensure maximum service levels adherence with minimal cost impact
- Ensure company procedures are adhered to at all times
- Conduct formal personal development reviews with regular 1-1 meetings creating and reviewing development plans
- Develop a culture of respect high motivation and high performance within the transport team
What youll bring
- Target and performance-driven focused on delivering results
- Experienced people manager
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels both internally and externally
- Strong planning organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel
