We have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Regional Maintenance Technician based out of Saint Paul MN.
Regional Maintenance Technician duties:
- Maintenance and repairs
- Complete visits to all assigned properties at least quarterly
- Keep accurate records of completed work orders reports site inspections etc.
- Purchase needed supplies and materials
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy - Inspect units for damage repair and note deficiencies
Qualifications :
Regional Maintenance Technician qualifications:
- Minimum of three years general maintenance and/or construction trade experience
- Strong mechanical skills and an ability to perform routine buildings and grounds maintenance both indoors and outside
- HQS (Housing Quality Standards) certification upon hire or within 90 days of hire
- Move from site to site throughout the day and to transport tools and equipment
- Able to travel to all assigned properties as required (across the United States by air or ground)
- Self-initiate tasks and work independent of direct supervision
