Job Summary
To perform this role successfully the Associate AI Engineer must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill education and overall experience required for the role.
Experience & Technical Skills
- 4 years of strong Python development experience with emphasis on performance scalability and maintainability.
- 4 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs including prompt engineering RAG systems and integration into enterprise applications.
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain crewAI AutoGen or similar) and workflow orchestration.
- Familiarity with data engineering and data transformation practices including handling large enterprise-scale datasets.
- Strong understanding of API integration and the ability to connect AI systems with enterprise platforms.
- Nice to have: Machine Learning (ML) model development and deployment experience (TensorFlow PyTorch scikit-learn etc.).
