- Act as the bridge between commercial stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet real-world business needs;
- Drive adoption of AI tools through training demos and continuous support;
- Foster a culture of AI literacy and innovation across commercial operational and support teams;
- Manage relationships with AI technology providers and ensure alignment on deliverables quality and timelines;
- Partner with origination and trading teams to identify AI opportunities that enhance market prospecting customer intelligence pricing and structuring capabilities;
- Develop solutions that support lead identification client engagement and real-time market insight through AI agents and automation;
- Monitor solution performance using agreed KPIs including deal conversion time-to-execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field. Masters degree is an advantage;
- Experience in AI automation or digital transformation projects preferably within commodity trading origination or related commercial functions;
- Knowledge of AI/GenAI trends and applications;
- Understanding of IT architecture and integration;
- Excellent stakeholder management interpersonal and communication skills;
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes;
- Ability to work independently across multiple countries and time zones;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written). Spanish is a plus.
