Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the Industrial Engineering Facilities Management and Maintenance functions of the plant.
- Contribute to the strategic and operational planning of the plant (e.g. investments capacity and on-call planning).
- Ensure the achievement of goals in Manufacturing Engineering Facilities Management and Maintenance in accordance with internal and external customer expectations.
- Act as an interface for segment functions BA and sectors to collect local requirements and feedback related to ESH ergonomics and maintenance.
- Participate in and/or lead global or local projects related to Manufacturing Engineering Facilities Management and Maintenance as well as cross-functional initiatives.
- Prepare review and manage budgets and forecasts for cost centers of Manufacturing Engineering Facilities Management and Maintenance.
- Plan and implement maintenance strategies for production and supply chain equipment and their IT systems (mechanical electrical) as well as building-related equipment and infrastructure in accordance with standards (e.g. TPM SAP PM Plant Maintenance Management System).
- Ensure local implementation of core standards for Manufacturing Engineering Facilities Management and Maintenance.
- Conduct employee dialogues team development and mentoring.
Qualifications :
- University degree in engineering industrial engineering or related fields (electrical mechanical engineering).
- Professional experience in engineering maintenance and facilities management.
- Experience in project and team management.
- Knowledge of legal requirements (e.g. NR11 NR12 NR13 NR20) and classified areas.
- Experience with integrated systems (preferably SAP S4/Hana).
- Multifunctional experience e.g. in maintenance quality supply chain or CBS is preferred.
- Extensive experience in rubber and plastic production processes.
- Experience in implementing standards and/or strategic projects.
- Leadership experience preferably in a technical team with functional and disciplinary responsibility.
- Experience working with international teams on production issues and understanding foreign cultures.
- Proficiency in at least two languages; English is mandatory.
