Comply with the project product scheme and define the electrical architecture requirements (connectors relay and fuse boxes terminals cable type thickness and color ultrasonic splices etc.).
Follow project milestones create electrical schematics and documentation share them with project stakeholders and provide technical approval to ensure smooth commissioning.
Create wiring complexity and ensure its flow into manufacturing/logistics systems; perform complexity-reduction analyses when necessary.
Comply with change management processes prepare required data and keep wiring documentation up to date.
Review the PLM product structure identify parts that do not flow from GCB to CODEP and ensure completion of the CODEP product structure.
Validate the accuracy of the KSK product structure using the HNCT program.
Validate the wiring product structure organization.
Provide diagnostic support to the production line.
Validate the 2D diagrams prepared by co-design companies on Capital XC Harness and confirm that the diagrams comply with project requirements.
Decide on the wiring product structure organization and create PLM releases together with the product structure team.
Ensure proper GCBCODEP flow.
Validate the product structure using the HNCT program.
Develop harness solutions together with the architecture team during the introduction of new content.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Computer Science or Industrial Engineering
Knowledge of vehicle E&E architecture components and CAN/LIN networks
Understanding of harness complexity
Preferably 1 year of experience with Capital XC / Zuken
Preferably 2 years of experience with Harness Maker
Preferably experience in a PLM environment
At least intermediate level of English
