Job Summary

A selection of your responsibilities within your role:

  • Processing and booking of invoices (sales purchase transport)
  • Handle month-end/year-end closing processes.
  • Manage foreign currency transactions and exchange rates.
  • Coordinate administration and document flow with accounting service providers.
  • Coordinate and oversee master data management.
  • Conduct payment runs and handle upload approvals.
  • Address ad hoc Incoterms-related tasks and Forecast.
  • Perform all other necessary financial and administrative tasks.

Qualifications :

If you are

  • Advanced in financial reporting and data management
  • Have good knowledge of VAT rules and regulations
  • Have a Finance related bachelors degree (or MBO4()/HBO)
  • If you have at least two years of experience in administration and finance
  • Communicatively proficient with good teamworking skills
  • Fluent in English (or more!)
  • Accurate and result oriented with high level of working individually and professional
  • Enjoy an international working environment

  • Good understanding of accounting processes
  • Maintain an optimistic perspective in your professional endeavors
