About the Role
As a Business manager for SPS Benelux you will lead a dynamic team through an evolving marketplace adapting strategies to meet changing customer needs while delivering sustainable business growth.
Youll have full P&L responsibility for the Benelux region working within a collaborative European framework to implement strategic initiatives and develop innovative go-to-market approaches.
Key Responsibilities
In this role youll drive P&L performance and strategic planning while developing a high-performing team capable of navigating regulatory complexities and market transformation. Youll collaborate across functions to ensure accurate forecasting effective resource allocation and successful product launches that strengthen Syngentas market position.
Location
Primary location is Bergen op Zoom in the Netherlands with a hybrid working model. For the right candidate the role could also be based in Ghent Belgium.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience
Were looking for a strategic business leader with proven P&L management experience in agribusiness or related industries combining strong marketing and sales expertise with the ability to lead teams through complex regulatory environments and market transformations.
