Job Summary

Provide technical leadership across the design development and implementation of core systems using Wallstreet Suite Systems (WSS).Involve in WSS server and Client installations migrations and with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality and resolve critical issues in production and non-production environmentsTranslate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical in-depth analysis of incidents to determine root causes and propose both immediate fixes and long-term as the first line of support for end-user queries coordinating resolution efforts with internal IT teams and external WSS vendor and apply configuration fixes or enhancements to improve application stability and an active role in supporting the application lifecycle including incident problem and change management processesOversee and execute scheduled or ad hoc deployments ensuring minimal disruption to business with business users to collect requirements for bug fixes enhancements and small to mid-sized functional and validate test scenarios with end users; conduct unit testing to ensure solution accuracy and and resolve critical issues in production and non-production technical investigations and contribute to solution architecture and detailed and implement customer-specific components such as reports scripts interfaces and functional comprehensive testing and validation of implemented changes focusing on both functionality and system coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders to confirm solution solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements..
