This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and join our dedicated team as a Complex Care Assistant supporting our client in their own this rewarding role you will deliver all aspects of high-level person-centred care tailored to each clients individual needs working closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote well-being and positive health outcomes. We support people of all ages living with conditions such as spinal cord injuries muscular dystrophy acquired brain injuries and other complex care needs. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful difference enhancing your clients quality of life while expanding your own skills and experience in a dynamic compassionate healthcare environment.
