Job Summary
For the upcoming opening of our new MAX&Co. Store in Regent Street we are looking for passionate and results-driven Sales Assistants to join our team.
You will play a key role in conveying the brands identity and excellence in service while contributing to store performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in line with Max Maras brand values service standards and selling ceremony.
- Actively support the achievement of personal and store goals working collaboratively with the team.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through dedicated clientele activities.
- Ensure the store is impeccably presented at all times with merchandise properly displayed and organized.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge brand heritage and fashion trends.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Act as an ambassador of Max Maras customer-centric approach.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will:
- Speak fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Have at least 13 years of retail experience; experience in the luxury or premium fashion sector is preferred.
- Be passionate about fashion sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Be goal-oriented proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
- Maintain high standards in presentation and behaviour aligned with the brand image.
