Gilpin Spice is a bold beautiful and buzzing restaurant inspired by the flavours of the Spice Trail from India to Malaysia Thailand to Japan. Set within the stunning grounds of Gilpin Hotel & Lake House our Michelin recommended open-kitchen theatre and vibrant interiors create a truly immersive dining experience.
Were looking for a charismatic attentive and energetic Waiter to join our award-winning team. Youll be the face of Gilpin Spice delivering exceptional service with warmth flair and precision.
Your Role as Waiter:
- Welcomes guests with genuine hospitality and a smile that sparkles.
- Guides guests through our menu with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Delivers food and drinks with an efficiency and elegance to enhance the guest journey.
- Collaborates with chefs and colleagues to ensure seamless service.
- Maintains impeccable standards of presentation and etiquette.
- Contributes to a culture of excellence learning and genuine care.
- Upholds the highest standards of etiquette presentation and professionalism.
Qualifications :

- Experience in fast paced and fine dining environments.
- Passion for food people and creating memorable moments.
- A calm charismatic presence and a genuine love for hospitality.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A desire to grow within a forward-thinking modern restaurant built around fun and flavour.
Additional Information :
Salary: from 25480 to 27560
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis depending on development tiers. Although variable average levels are projected as being from 240 to 550 per month.
