WHAT YOULL DO
As an E-Commerce Lead (Generalist) you contribute to digital profitable growth playing a critical role in optimizing the digital shopping experience for our customers in the region. You are responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of the product exposure of our owned digital transactional channels (.com & app). You conduct analysis to understand current trends search insights customer behaviour and inventory availability. You ensure an experience that delivers on both commercial performance and brand perception.
You will:
- Be responsible for the day-to-day planning execution and optimization of product exposure and the digital shopping experience on and the H&M app. Your work will balance brand expression and commercial performance.
- Secure and manage the publishing of content in alignment with the daily commercial and customer plan while also making ad hoc adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate closely with Experience Leads to ensure a cohesive and engaging digital experience. You will also work cross-department with other E-commerce Leads to enhance the overall customer journey and leverage cross
- Partner with teams across Omni Merchandising Customer Activation and Marketing to drive omni-channel sales performance while delivering a seamless and relevant shopping experience.

As E-Commerce Lead you are part of the Digital function that aims to drive profitable digital growth. We achieve this by executing our transactional channels with commercial excellence and taking an end-to-end approach to the customer experience collaboratively securing digital sales and profit.
As part of the team youll primarily work with the E-commerce Commercial Manager as well as specialists such as other E-Commerce & Experience Leads and Web Analysts.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
- 1 years of experience in eCommerce within the fashion retail industry with a strong commercial focus and understanding of the digital ecosystem
- Solid analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics and Power BI to translate data into actionable insights
- Expertise in site merchandising eCommerce platforms and content management systems
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to align digital execution with brand and sales goals
And people who are
- Strong organizing skills and always attentive to details as well as good at multitasking.
- Proactive curious and innovative in their approach to problem solving with a constant improvement mindset.
- Strong in communication and informal leadership skills with ability to get a message across and drive to see them through.
- Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration.
