Job Summary

About the Role:

The HR Business Partner will support HR initiatives for Bosch Service Solutions by aligning HR strategies with business goals and acting as a strategic partner to enhance performance. Responsibilities include deploying HR Corporate programs for the business partnering coverage areas developing talent management plans improving employee experience while collaborating with other HR teams.  The HRBP will also identify areas for improvement recommend innovative HR solutions and support local and regional change initiatives.

2. DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Strategic HR alignment and Support:

  • Support and drive HR initiatives for Bosch Service Solutions in the coverage area.
  • Cascade HR strategies aligned with business goals (ie.: Actions to improve employee experience journey pulse check engagement survey HR KPIs).
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders providing HR guidance to enhance performance.
  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.

Talent Acquisition & Talent Management:

  • Collaborate with other HR Business Partners and local HR teams.
  • Delivery HR corporate programs (ie.: Talent Associate Review Annual Salary Review Talent Pool Contribution Dialog Development Dialog).
  • Lead and implement HR processes in internal customer areas.
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback employee relations development and coaching compensation and organizational development.

Leadership Development:

  • Support the development and performance processes of leaders and teams (ie.: Leadership Development Feedback and Coaching Impact Leadership).
  • Promote diversity attractiveness and coaching in leadership development and culture.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of high performance in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.

Improvement and Innovation:

  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend modern HR solutions.
  • Support change initiatives in local operations.
  • Prepare reports and action plans to achieve HR goals.
  • Participate in the continual development of HR programs such as recruiting retention compensation benefits and Learning & Development.

Governance and Compliance:

  • Assist leadership in complying with Bosch guidelines and legal aspects of labor law.

Partner with senior leadership to comply with HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.

Soft Skills

  • Solid experience as HRBP or in similar strategic HR role manly in service market
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial vision
  • Ability to influence collaborate and build strong relationships at all levels
  • Ability to design and manage leadership and talent development aspects
  • Ability to cascade HR Strategy into the local operation
  • Data-driven and people analytic oriented

High performance mind set and result oriented.


Qualifications :

Academic background:

Complete degree in Business Management People Management Psychology and related

Information system:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office
  • Solid experiences with Power BI (plus)
  • Knowledge of the SAP system; (plus)

Integrated system:

  • SAP

4. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner (HR Generalist)
  • HR Processes: Recruitment Compensation Performance Review Talent Management Leadership Development Organizational Development.
  • Knowledge in Employee Relations.
  • Labor Law.
