Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
主要职责Major Responsibilities
61 负责制药生产线维护调试和优化确保设备稳定运行
61 参与固体制剂设备的自动化控制系统设计安装及验证
61 及时排查并解决自动化系统故障提供技术支持确保生产连续性
61 根据GMP要求编制和维护相关自动化系统的操作规程和验证文件
61 与跨部门团队合作推动自动化改进项目提高生产效率和质量
61 参与设备升级及新项目的自动化方案评估和实施
61 协助仪器的计量
61 Maintain troubleshoot and optimize systems for pharmaceutical production lines to ensure stable operation.
61 Participate in the design installation and validation of automation control systems for solid dosage equipment.
61 Diagnose and resolve automation system issues promptly providing technical support to ensure production continuity.
61 Prepare and maintain SOPs and validation documents for automation systems in compliance with GMP requirements.
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation improvement projects enhancing efficiency and quality.
61 Support equipment upgrades and evaluate automation solutions for new projects.
61 Assist in the calibration of instruments
教育背景要求Education Required
本科及以上学历自动化专业(全日制本科或以上学历)
Bachelors degree or above in Automation full-time university bachelor or above.
知识/技能/工作经验要求Knowledge/Skill/Experience
61 制药行业工作经验熟悉固体制剂设备原理
61 熟悉GMP流程及相关法规要求
61 具备自动化系统维护和故障排查能力有一定维修经验
61 熟练使用PLC及相关自动化软件
61 具备良好的英文听说读写能力能够阅读技术文档并进行基本沟通
61 具备较强的分析和解决问题能力良好的团队合作精神
61 3年以上自动化工作经验
61 工作积极主动能在压力下完成任务
61 Pharmaceutical industry experience with solid dosage equipment principles.
61 Familiarity with GMP processes and regulatory requirements.
61 Hands-on experience in automation system maintenance and troubleshooting.
61 Proficiency in PLC and related automation software.
61 Good English communication skills (reading writing speaking).
61 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a team-oriented mindset.
61 3 years experience in automation.
61 Proactive and able to work under pressure.
