Job Summary
Are you passionate about fashion and love helping others look their best Join our team as a Seasonal Fashion Associate in Airdrie Canada! Were looking for enthusiastic individuals who can provide exceptional customer service and stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients in selecting clothing and accessories that suit their style and needs
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends and merchandise in the store
- Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the stores appearance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and create a positive shopping environment
- Participate in inventory management and restocking activities
- Provide product information and styling advice to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Qualifications :
- Passion for fashion and ability to stay current on trends
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills (English/French) are a plus
