Job Summary
Summary Of Position
Under supervision of designated supervisor prepare mix and serve drinks to customers; ensure positive guest service and maintain standards of cleanliness and safety. Set-up and breakdown beer cart at start and finish of events. Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age Comply with all NH State Liquor Laws health regulations and UNH standards and policies Process transactions using the POS system Prepare checks for customers and process payments
Required Qualifications
T.I.P.S. certification or State-specific equivalent (within 30 days if certification is expired) Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction Ability to operate point-of-sale system Extensive knowledge of drink preparation and/or service Ability to remain calm when dealing with difficult guests Ability to work quickly and efficiently Excellent interpersonal skills and service focus Willingness to work rotational work schedule including nights weekends and holidays
