As a Relationship Manager you will be responsible for executing the end-to-end sales process for the SME financing business from generating SME leads and preparing sales memos to post-approval activities.
What you will do:
- Executing the end to end sales process for our SME financing business from generating SME leads preparing the sales memo to post-approval.
- Manage and drive individual sales and revenue target
- Ensure streamlined sales operations process and work across functions to ensure excellent client experience
- Become an expert in the companys financial products and their use cases
- Build strong relationships with borrowers & deliver a positive client experience
- Educate and inform clients about the companys products services and special offers.
- Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients expectations.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Around 5 years experience in SME lending.
- Demonstrate sales management and problem solving experience
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong performance track record of meeting sales targets
- Proactive attitude able to originate loans directly
Salary: THB 35-50K
- Type of business: SME Lending
- Candidate must have SME Lending Sales experience
- English is not required. (If the candidate is a good fit for Senior Relationship Manager role he/ she should speak a little bit of English)
- Direct Report to: AVP (He is Thai)
- Working Style: Hybrid (3 days work at the office 2 days work from home)
- Office Location: 2 mins walk from BTS Ratchathewi Phaya Thai Bangkok
- Current company size: 35

- Current RM staff: 5-6
- No. of interview: 2 rounds (3 rounds - max)
