At Galderma we empower our leaders to shape the future of dermatology. As we continue to strengthen our Dermatological Skincare portfolio across the region this role offers a rare opportunity to lead a business unit with real strategic and commercial influence.

As Regional Dermatological Skincare Lead you will have full leadership accountability for the Dermatological Skincare business across the region. This includes setting and executing the regional strategy driving sustainable growth and leading cross-functional teams to deliver strong commercial performance aligned with Galdermas global vision.

Reporting into senior regional leadership you will own the end-to-end performance of the business unit including strategy financial outcomes portfolio optimisation go-to-market execution and team leadership. This is a highly visible role requiring strong commercial acumen strategic thinking and the ability to lead through influence in a complex matrix organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the regional Dermatological Skincare business unit with full accountability for strategy performance and results
  • Define and execute the regional business strategy aligned with global priorities and local market dynamics
  • Drive revenue growth profitability and market share through effective portfolio management and go-to-market excellence
  • Lead develop and inspire cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing Sales Medical Supply Chain) to deliver integrated execution
  • Own regional forecasting budgeting and financial planning ensuring delivery against agreed targets
  • Act as the key regional stakeholder for global teams ensuring strong alignment and effective two-way communication
  • Monitor market trends competitive dynamics and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making

Skills & Qualifications

  • Extensive senior leadership experience within Dermatological Skincare Consumer Healthcare FMCG or a related healthcare category
  • Proven track record of leading a regional or multi-market business unit with full P&L responsibility
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen with experience translating strategy into execution
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional and matrixed teams
  • Experience working in complex international organisations with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong financial and analytical capability
  • Excellent communication and leadership presence at executive level
