We are seeking a Video Content Analyst to join our growing team in beautiful Lisbon this role you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and appropriateness of online advertisements within our cutting-edge streaming service. Youll be responsible for revising ads removing unsuitable content and ensuring all ads align with target audience demographics and local regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Revise online advertisements within our streaming service to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify and remove inappropriate content maintaining a positive user experience.
Review advertisements to align with specific target audiences such as removing ads for products like soda for audiences under 12 years old in accordance with local regulations and project guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent content quality and adherence to project guidelines.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

Base Salary:
- Without Experience: 14000 gross per year.
- With Relevant Experience (as a Content Analyst or in a Contact Center/with Sensitive Content): 15000 - 16000 gross per year.
Language Bonus (Italian): 600 per year
Transportation Bonus: 720 per year
Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day (approximately 22 working days/month) totaling 2014.32 per year
Performance Bonus: 5% of base annual salary (ranging from 700 to 800 per year)
Possible Gross Annual Income: Ranging from 18034.32 (without experience) to a maximum of 20134.32 (with experience)
Relocation Bonus: 2500 (gross) for internationals; 1500 (gross) for locals paid with your first payroll cycle.
Health Insurance & Life Insurance & Family Plan: Coverage for you your spouse/legal partner and children.
Training: 2-month training agreement 1 year Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) with 30 days probation

We are committed to making your move to Lisbon as smooth as possible. Our comprehensive relocation package includes:

Bureaucratic support to obtain your NIF (tax identification number) and NISS (social security identification number).
Assistance in finding housing that meets your needs and preferences.
A generous relocation bonus to help with initial expenses.

Requirements:

Languages: Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
Skills: Strong analytical skills exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Documentation:
- EU ID
- Residence Card
- Certificate of Protection (issued later than March/2022)

Schedule & Location:

Location: Lisbon Santos Portugal
Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts (shifts rotate monthly)
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM
8-hour working day
