Job Summary

Email Developer / Activation Manager (Marketing Operations)

Lisbon Portugal 12-Month Rolling Contract Hybrid

Were looking for an experienced Email Developer/ Activation Manager to join the Lisbon-based marketing operations hub of one of the worlds leading technology brands a company known for its innovation creativity and global impact.

In this role youll take the lead on building and optimizing large-scale marketing campaigns and event activations across Europe. Youll code responsive email templates in HTML from scratch (not just edit existing ones) set up registration and RSVP systems and ensure everything runs smoothly from invitation to event day.

This is a hands-on technical role where precision reliability and speed matter. Youll collaborate with international teams troubleshoot live systems and make sure campaigns look perfect and perform flawlessly.

What youll need:

6 years of experience in email development or marketing operations
Strong HTML/CSS coding skills and understanding of dynamic content logic
Experience with marketing automation tools (SFMC Marketo Eloqua HubSpot etc.)
Excellent English skills (no Portuguese needed)
Valid right to work in Portugal
