Your Role:

Provide outstanding customer support to users of our Betting App
Assist customers with queries and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Provide expert advice on app usage betting features and technical troubleshooting
Work in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts including night shifts to support our customers around the clock
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering top-quality service at all times

Requirements:

Native Portuguese (European) and English at a B2 level
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Availability for rotating shifts including night shifts and 2 days off (rotative)
