Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our experienced EMEA customer service team.

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and resolving customer issues and complaints. You will have the opportunity to create new business solutions in a proactive and customer-oriented manner. Your role is to offer sell and deliver Valmet spare parts to customers in Packaging and Paper (PAC) - in the EMEA region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships and networks (internal and external)

  • Establishing developing and maintaining business relationships with customers to continuously generate new business opportunities for Valmet

  • Assessing customer needs and proposing appropriate products and services

  • Following established procedures and guidelines for promoting and selling products

  • Generating sales leads collecting customer feedback and information on competitor activities and sharing them with relevant stakeholders within the organization to enable response to changing market conditions and customer needs

  • Negotiating prices and delivery terms within authorized limits and finalizing sales orders to achieve revenue targets

  • Resolving customer issues inquiries and complaints in the shortest possible time

  • Meeting individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Ensuring that all operations and activities comply with legal customer and internal HSE (Health Safety and Environment) requirements.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Bachelors degree or higher

  • 3 years of experience in a similar position

  • Practical knowledge of sales processes

  • Practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

  • Commitment to excellent customer service

  • Excellent sales negotiation and communication skills

  • Knowledge of English at least at B2 level

  • Willingness to travel

  • High level of commitment and a proactive approach
