What tasks are waiting for you
- First-line IT support for administrative users.
- Handling tickets in the ServiceNow system.
- Managing IT equipment and infrastructure.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Administering server applications.
- Managing accounts in Active Directory Azure AD and Office 365.
- Troubleshooting LAN network issues.
It would be great if you have:
- a genuine interest in IT and a passion for technology;
- basic knowledge of first-line IT support;
- fluency in Polish and English;
- a proactive and energetic attitude and enjoy working in a team;
- a willingness to take on new challenges and grow professionally.
