Position: Recruitment Specialist
Reports to: COO and Senior Recruiters
Work Hours: Flexible / Broken Hours (PH Time)
Schedule: 40 hours per week
About the Role:
More Staffing LLC is a remote-first recruitment agency helping global clients build high-performing remote teams. Were looking for a Recruitment Specialist who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced international environment. This role suits someone entry-level or early in their HR/recruitment career who shows initiative curiosity and grit to learn AI tools and new hiring methods.
Responsibilities:
- Support and manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
- Review job descriptions and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Post job listings across Workable LinkedIn and Upwork.
- Source candidates using Boolean searches ATS and job boards.
- Conduct resume screenings and initial interviews.
- Prepare hiring tabulations and submit shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate client interviews and provide timely updates.
- Manage reference checks and assist in pre-onboarding tasks.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and management to meet hiring goals.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR Psychology Business or related field.
- Experience in recruitment (internship project-based or 6 months preferred).
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Has initiative and willingness to learn AI and automation tools.
- Organized reliable and proactive.
- Has strong initiative resourcefulness and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable utilizing technology and learning AI or automation tools.
- Bonus: Experience sourcing for foreign/international candidates
